SHB means strictly hard bean grown above 3900ft. This along with the volcanic soils provides a bean full of flavours and acidity with a dense structure. The density of the bean allows slower maturity and more absorption of the compounds from the soil. A good body, honey/toffee undernotes with light fruit/apricot like notes and a chocolate finish. well balanced with pleasant aftertaste. Our Guatemela SHB is a darker roast.
